1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the DK88 platform, including the website, mobile application, and any related services. Access to or use of DK88 constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the platform.

DK88 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players through account notifications or platform announcements. 2 Eligibility

To register and use DK88, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be registering on your own behalf and not acting as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or contractor of DK88 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended DK88 account.

DK88 does not permit access to players who are self-excluded or have been permanently banned. If you believe your account was closed in error, contact the support team to submit a formal review request.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one registered account on DK88. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, DK88 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, including winnings derived from bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your real name, valid contact details, and date of birth. This information is used for identity verification, payment processing, and account security. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date — if your contact details change, please update your account profile or notify support.

Your account login credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with anyone else. DK88 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any account activity that takes place using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to DK88 promptly.

4 Deposits & Payments

DK88 accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you — DK88 does not accept third-party deposits.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the deposit page within your account dashboard. Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method used. If a deposit is delayed beyond the expected processing time, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

DK88 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. DK88 has no control over third-party fees and is not responsible for them.

DK88 reserves the right to conduct due diligence checks on deposits and may request supporting documentation where a transaction appears unusual or requires verification. This is a standard security procedure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, Raast ID, or registered bank account.

Before your first withdrawal is approved, DK88 requires identity verification. You will need to submit a valid CNIC or passport copy along with proof of your payment method. This is a one-time requirement and is done to protect both the player and the platform against fraud.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method and VIP tier:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within 1–4 hours for verified accounts.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: Typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing — higher tiers benefit from faster turnaround times.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal page. Winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully completed. Any funds remaining in the bonus balance that have not met the requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

DK88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all DK88 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonus offers are intended for personal, recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonuses is prohibited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money funds or bonus funds as specified in the promotion terms before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and will only be converted to real-money balance once wagering requirements are fully met.
• Each promotion is available to eligible players once only, unless the promotion specifically states it is recurring (such as weekly reload bonuses or PSL season promotions).

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on DK88 — whether on Sports markets including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports, or on Casino games including Slots, Live Casino, and Fish Games — are subject to the specific rules of each game or betting market.

Key general betting rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. DK88 does not accept cancellation requests for placed bets except in cases where an event is cancelled or abandoned in accordance with the specific sport's rules.
• In the event of a technical error that displays incorrect odds or game outcomes, DK88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of markets and within the time window displayed for each event. Bets placed after an event has concluded will be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• DK88 uses certified random number generators for all Casino and Fish Game outcomes. Results are generated independently and are not influenced by DK88 staff or systems after the game round begins.

For Cricket and PSL betting specifically, DK88 offers markets including match winner, top batsman, top bowler, total runs over/under, method of dismissal, and player performance markets. Markets are subject to availability and may be suspended during live play at DK88's discretion for integrity purposes.

8 Fair Play & Prohibited Acts

DK88 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following acts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, platform bugs, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of Casino games or Sports bets.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of information not available to the general public.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.

• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Unusual account activity that requires investigation.

When an account is suspended for investigation, DK88 will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered contact details. Funds held in a suspended account will be retained during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes with no violations found, the account will be reinstated and all funds returned. If violations are confirmed, funds may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may contact the support team at any time. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

12 Limitation of Liability

DK88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors at all times.

DK88 shall not be held liable for:

DK88's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms
